MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
▪ Bachelor’s degree in architecture
▪ 8 years of experience
▪ Designed and coordinated large scale luxury high rise residential or hotel projects
▪ 5 years of project coordination
▪ Comfortable operating from Office or site /Travel for work
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
▪ Worked with international design consultants
▪ Worked on BIM models
▪ 3D Rendering/ Sketch Up
▪ Project Management Professional (PMP) certification/ Construction Management
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
▪ Conceptualizing and developing design feasibilities for evaluating new business opportunities
▪ Leading and coordinating project design from concept to execution
▪ Maintaining the accuracy and timeliness of architectural drafting
▪ Managing the accuracy of the drawing tracker
▪ Implementing state of the art design standards and laws
▪ Performing quality checks on consultant drawings
▪ Inspiring and leading a team of Architects
▪ Maintaining accuracy, timeliness and nomenclature of drawings
▪ Managing relationships with local and international consultants
▪ Ensuring design statutory compliance
▪ Resolving design issues and clashes
▪ Monitoring project timelines and coordinating with all stakeholders
