YOUR IMPACT
We are looking for someone who can strategize and streamline the procurement and contracts processes to ensure optimal performance and price. You will have the unique opportunity to develop and manage the proposal, bidding, and negotiation process while adhering to applicable legal standards and codes of ethical conduct.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
 Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
 4+ years of experience in a Contracts and Procurements Role
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 Should have excellent knowledge on contracts and procurement management.
 Prepare detailed construction cost estimates
 Evolve procedures and programs for successful procurement of each item of work
 Establish baseline project budget & project plan in collaboration with client
 Preparation of tender documents suitable to client requirement
 Identifying and short listing of contractor, inviting them for the work
 Lead the consortium to answer all the technical queries by the contractor.
 Guide client for all commercial discussion and negotiations
 Conducting pre-bid meetings and post bid meetings of all nature
 Preparation of Contract Documents & Post Tendering Activities till the Award of the Contract
 One point responsibility for co-ordination of all procurement needs of the project,
 Controlling, Tracking & Monitoring the Budget 
 Experience in implementation of Contractual Clauses.
 Managing post contract activities
